Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to all use of HeartStack, operated by SPEAKORI LLC, DBA HeartStack, including accounts, profiles, introductions, messaging, subscriptions, and any available integrations. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Permitted purpose
HeartStack is a mediated matchmaking marketplace for consensual dating and relationships between adults. Singles create profiles. Matchmakers who know them may propose introductions with permission. Messaging becomes available only after both singles accept. There is no public swipe feed.
Matchmaker Pro is a recurring subscription for platform features. We do not charge per message, sell romantic or sexual access, or operate an adult entertainment or hookup marketplace.
2. Trafficking, exploitation, and abuse are prohibited
You may not use HeartStack to facilitate, advertise, arrange, recruit for, profit from, or conceal:
- Human trafficking, forced labor, servitude, coercion, or sexual exploitation.
- Grooming, sexual abuse, child sexual abuse material, or any sexual exploitation of minors.
- Sexual violence, nonconsensual sexual activity, extortion, sextortion, or nonconsensual intimate imagery, including synthetic or manipulated imagery.
- The purchase, sale, control, or exploitation of a person.
- Abuse of vulnerability, dependency, threats, debt, immigration status, employment, or access to housing or necessities to pressure participation.
Claims that an arrangement is voluntary do not excuse exploitation or illegal conduct.
3. No sexual commerce or adult-content business
Do not offer, request, broker, advertise, or collect payment for prostitution, escort services, sexual activity, compensated sexual arrangements, pornography, or adult entertainment. Do not use profiles or messages to direct users to those services or evade these restrictions through outside links or payments.
Do not charge for access to a single, acceptance of an introduction, or individual messages. A HeartStack subscription does not authorize a matchmaker to process payments on behalf of another person or run a separate paid dating business through the platform.
4. No illegal activity, fraud, or deceptive conduct
Do not use HeartStack for unlawful activity or to facilitate it. Prohibited conduct includes romance scams, financial fraud, identity theft, money laundering, payment fraud, illegal goods or services, evasion of applicable sanctions, impersonation, fabricated accounts, and misrepresentation of age or consent.
Do not solicit investment funds, cryptocurrency transfers, gift cards, loans, banking credentials, or payments from a proposed or accepted match. Do not misrepresent a charge, use stolen payment information, or deliberately evade billing controls. Legitimate payment disputes and statutory rights are not prohibited.
5. No harassment, privacy violations, or discrimination
Do not threaten, stalk, harass, abuse, dox, blackmail, or encourage violence against anyone. Do not engage in hateful conduct or unlawful discrimination. Do not bypass a decline, block, account restriction, or withdrawal of permission.
Do not upload another person's profile without authorization, distribute confidential information, scrape personal information, sell user data, or use it for unrelated marketing. Lawful reporting, evidence preservation, and cooperation with authorities remain permitted.
6. Protect the platform
Do not distribute malware, steal credentials, access accounts or systems without authorization, bypass security controls, overload the service, or use automation to harvest profiles, send spam, or manipulate introductions. Do not reverse engineer or circumvent technical protections except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Report a suspected vulnerability to support@heartstack.app. Do not access other users' data or disrupt the service while investigating.
7. Enforcement and reports
Report suspected violations to support@heartstack.app. For an immediate emergency, contact 911 or the appropriate local emergency service. Do not send illegal sexual images with a report.
We may investigate, remove content, restrict access, suspend or terminate accounts, stop future subscription renewals on terminated accounts, preserve relevant information, and cooperate with authorities when legally required or appropriate. We may act immediately in serious cases. Refund rights required by law remain available.
To request review of an enforcement decision, contact support@heartstack.app. We may withhold information where necessary to protect privacy, safety, or an investigation.
