Law Enforcement Request Protocol

SPEAKORI LLC, DBA HeartStack ("HeartStack") may disclose information when required by valid legal process or when reasonably necessary to protect people's safety, investigate fraud, or comply with law.

How to submit a request

Send requests to support@heartstack.app with:

1. The requesting agency and agent name/contact information 2. A valid legal process document (for example a subpoena, court order, or search warrant), or a clear description of the emergency disclosure basis 3. The HeartStack user identifiers you seek (account email, user id, or other specific identifiers) 4. The categories of records requested and the relevant date range 5. A response deadline and preferred delivery method

Emergencies

If there is an imminent risk of death or serious bodily harm, mark the subject line EMERGENCY DISCLOSURE REQUEST and include the facts supporting urgency, the specific data needed, and contact information for follow-up process.

What we may disclose

We may disclose account, profile, introduction, messaging, and technical records in response to valid legal process, consistent with applicable law and our Privacy Policy. We may notify the user unless legally prohibited or notification would create a serious risk.

User reports to authorities

Users may preserve evidence and make lawful reports to law enforcement. HeartStack is not an emergency service; call 911 for immediate danger.
